Maine Audubon – Fields Pond Camp
Maine Audubon hosts day camp programs for children at Fields Pond in Holden, just 7 miles from Bangor. Camp sessions have varied wildlife conservation themes and include nature-based hikes, adventures, storytelling, science and art projects, songs, outdoor games, and guided hands-on activities. Camps run weekly throughout the summer and daily during school vacation weeks. Preschool and family programs are also available. Maine Maritime Museum Summer Camps
We are always dreaming about summer here at Maine Maritime Museum. Join us as we provide fun, enriching experiences right on the Kennebec River in Bath. Maine Youth Fish and Game Association’s Summer Camp
MYFGA’s summer camp educational programming covers a variety of outdoor experiences. In the years that camp has been in operation, we have provided experiences on fishing, fly-tying, fly casting, firearm and hunter safety, archery, map and compass, outdoor survival skills, wood burning, camp cookery, outdoor camping skills, ATV safety and operation, knots and knot tying. Additional presentations were given in search and rescue dogs, hunting dogs, fisheries biology and fish stocking, and logging operations among many others.
