Multi-generational representation in summer camps has never been more varied nor as complex as it is now. In many cases, summer camps employ members of 5 different generations (our campers make it 6!). Different perspectives on work philosophy and communication, among other things, can lead to frustration, conflict, and confusion and distract from our primary focus on creating memorable, impactful and fun experiences for our campers.
