IENA’s Summer Camp program is a J-1 cultural exchange program that helps U.S. summer camps recruit qualified international staff while promoting meaningful cross-cultural exchange. Camps are matched with motivated counselors, activity specialists, and support staff from around the world who bring diverse skills, perspectives, and energy to camp life. Each camp works closely with a dedicated IENA representative who provides personalized guidance throughout the process — from staff selection and visa sponsorship to pre-arrival preparation and ongoing support — ensuring a smooth, reliable, and enriching staffing experience for both camps and participants.
