Camp Leaders began as a small idea in a Liverpool flat in 1999 and has since grown into a global leader in international camp staffing. Over the years, we’ve maintained a personal touch, building strong relationships with both participants and employers. In 2007, Smaller Earth was created to offer a range of life-changing programs for young people worldwide, with Camp Leaders remaining the flagship initiative. Now celebrating our 25th season, we’ve positively impacted hundreds of thousands of young people through our J-1 visa program, in partnership with Cultural Homestay International.
