Think like an OT to support your staff!

Haley Pogachefsky, OTD, OTR/L is a longtime summer camp attendee, counselor, and advocate. She conducted her occupational therapy (OT) doctoral research on evidence-based ways to help summer camp staff do their best work. She developed Hummingbird OT to share her research with summer camp leaders using fun, hands-on activities. Hummingbird OT teaches directors, supervisors, and staff how to think like OTs to maximize staff’s learning, growth, and professional development at camp.
