Emily Chaleff holds a particular expertise in identifying the potential for greatness in good organizations and helping them go from where they are to where they want to be. She brings more than 25 years of experience in management, revenue development, training, human resources, financial oversight, organizational development, board oversight, program development, persuasive writing, communications, crises management and executive leadership.

In her consulting practice, Emily supports leaders and teams to develop the culture and practices critical to successful outcomes.

Building on a lifelong love of camp, Emily also co- founded and led Camp Alsing – a premier co-ed residential camp in Maine. Alsing provided a traditional camping experience for young people with social communication challenges including Autism, ADHD, and anxiety. She was the full-time owner/director until  camp ceased operations in Fall 2023.
