Camp Timanous

     At Timanous, boys thrive in an unplugged but active environment. With only 125 boys and a staff where 90% were former Timanous campers and average over 10 years at camp, we are able to provide the personal attention that promotes self-confidence, respect and independence and the professional leadership that parents expect.  In 2012, the camp group represented 26 states and 11 countries.   Timanous has been under the direction of the Suitor family since 1942, present generation since 1983. Campers choose from a variety of activities including sailing, woodshop, soccer, lacrosse, tennis, arts & crafts, basketball, team sports, riflery, archery, kayaking, climbing wall, water skiing, nature and many more special events vary the routine.  Timanous also has a strong camping trip program.
