*Please list the "lead" counselor in box #1. The lead counselor will supervise your camp group.
Important: Minimum staff age is 18 years. Also, each camp needs to have a staff member who can drive a camper to seek medial care if needed. For most camps this means a staff member who is at least 21 years old. It is possible for camps to combine their staff coverage for emergency purposes, as long as the camps have worked out the details in advance. If your camp is sharing such a driver, please list the name of the driver & the other camps with whom you are sharing him or her:

Payment: If you submit your registration by email, please mail your check ($105 per camper; $115 each non-MYCF member camp) separately to MYCF, PO Box 1861, Portland, ME 04104 prior to July 26. We prefer to handle money at the Portland office, but if time is short, you may bring the check to the encampment.
