At Kippewa, everything is individualized, from the way we help your daughter
adjust to camp, to the scheduling of her elective activities following her particular interests. Kippewa cultivates a feeling of independence within a closely supervised, nurturing ambiance of warmth, friendship, and learning.  The culture welcomes new girls into established circles of friends. 

 Lakeside camp with on-site horse farm.  Mature, experienced staff with 3 to 1 camper-staff ratio.  Horseback riding (beginners and advanced; includes stable management), swimming, sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, water-skiing, tennis, team sports, climbing wall, archery, gymnastics, dance, dramatics.  Extensive arts and crafts (12 studios, stained glass, woodworking, pottery, jewelry, sewing, photography, many others).  Wilderness canoe and hiking trips, ocean schooner trips, white water rafting, mountain biking.
