Celebrating our 90th season, Camp Fernwood is known for its warm atmosphere and concern for each child. Campers and mature staff live in a beautiful 100 acre setting with emphasis on friendships, learning and play.

Chosen with the guidance of parents and camp staff, each camper’s elective program of activities is designed to build skills as well as self-confidence and independence. Expert instruction offered in all activities; including swimming, canoeing, waterskiing, sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, tennis, gymnastics, aerobics, yoga, on-site English horseback riding, archery, riflery, soccer, softball, field hockey, lacrosse, drama, dance, music, crafts, ceramics, woodworking, silver jewelry, photography and rock climbing.

The tripping program includes weekly day trips, overnight trips, and extended white water canoe, hiking, and rock climbing trips.
