Resident - Private. 49 Days. 175 Campers. Ages 8-18. Tuition: $6,200. 41/2 week and 21/2 week sessions also available.
Arcadia is an educational camp operated by the same family for 4 generations. A warm, family atmosphere and close guidance foster the development of personal growth and self-confidence (1:3 ratio). The extensive program gives opportunity to expand individual interests and refine skills through wide offerings (22 activities). Sports: archery, boating, campcraft, canoeing, diving, kayaking, riding, sailing, swimming, tennis, windsurfing; Arts: arts & crafts, ceramics, dance, drama, gymnastics, photography, weaving. Red Cross certification. Junior Maine Guide. Backpacking, mountain, lake and whitewater canoe trips. Counselor Leadership Program for girls 16-19.
