Androscoggin, owned and operated by the Hirschs since 1963, offers a  program which stresses skill development and instruction in both land and water activities as well as an extensive tripping program. Each camper has the opportunity to participate in team sports, acquire individual skills and develop a sense of confidence and independence while experiencing the give and take of group living in a close-knit community. Activities include: tennis, soccer, baseball, basketball, archery, lacrosse, street hockey, riflery, nature, art, woodworking, animation, ropes, video, drama, radio-broadcasting,  music, photography, swimming, water-skiing, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, sailing and windsurfing.
